We are so excited to officially announce that as of November 1st Soleil Healing & Arts and Star Yoga will be joining together to create a wonderful community called 'Star Soleil'! About a year ago Kat & Jenna created Soleil Healing & Arts in Winsted and Kristina opened Star Yoga in Torrington. Over the past year the three women formed a supportive friendship and recently decided to merge their efforts in the spirit of co-creating community. They are delighted to have joined together as one to help bring all of the best in holistic health! The new 'Star Soleil' will be a "one-stop-shop" for a variety of talented holistic practitioners, exciting classes, workshops and events with two locations to better serve you. We will be maintaining our lovely space in Winsted as a satellite center! The Winsted location will now house New England's renowned medium Patti Sinclair, and will continue to provide Massage, Energy Work and Reflexology by appointment. In the Torrington location there will be a variety of Yoga and Dance classes, Integrative Holistic Counseling, Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine, Reflexology, Events and much more!

Kristina Berano, BS, 500 RYT is the proud owner of Star Sanctuary for Yoga and Healing. Kristina received her Basic Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2005 and her Advanced Teacher Training Certificate in December 2008. She taught yoga at the Woodbury Yoga Center from 2005-2007. She was the Vice President on the Woodbury Yoga Center Board of Directors during that time. Kristina is a dedicated disciple of Shri Anandi Ma, the spiritual heir of the lineage of Kundalini Maha Yoga. Kristina received Shaktipat initiation from her beloved Guru in July 2003. She continues her training in this lineage as well as at Kripalu Center. Kristina is proud to annouce that Star Sanctuary for Yoga and Healing, llc is the newest Kripalu Affiliated Studio -one of only 35 other studios to receive this honor worldwide!

Thank you to everyone who helped make our 1st Annual "Yoga for Animals Day' a great success! We donated nearly 10 bags of food and supplies to the Little Guild of St. Francis "No-Kill" Animal Shelter.
